Guide for Visitors

Holbrook Academy is committed to a safe, healthy environment for students, staff and visitors. All visitors must:

• Read the Safeguarding Visitor Leaflet (December 2025)
• Take responsibility for their own health and safety
• Sign in/out at Reception
• Wear a visible ID badge
• Stay accompanied by a staff member unless authorised otherwise
• Respect that student safety is paramount
• Report any accidents to Reception
• Follow fire evacuation procedures
• Park in the visitors’ car park
• Use only staff/visitor toilets
