Celebrating Diversity
Holbrook Academy is committed to promoting diversity, equality and inclusion across all aspects of school life. Through our curriculum—particularly Philosophy, Religion and Ethics and Life Skills—we explore diversity in its many forms and promote fairness and justice.
We actively challenge all discrimination, including racism, homophobia, sexism and prejudice. Assemblies and form-time discussions help students understand social issues, celebrate differences and build a cohesive, respectful community.
We ensure every student has equal opportunities, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, ability or sexuality. Our commitment to British Values—tolerance, fairness, respect, the rule of law and democracy—underpins our ethos and daily interactions. We are proud of our inclusive community and what it represents.
